Should I go for Kybella, CoolSculpting or submental liposuction?

Question

Should I go for kybella, cool sculpting or sub mental liposuction, chin fillers with some lip fillers? I can really pinpoint but I don’t exactly like my side profile. I am open to suggestions. I tried some chin filler which made my chin look off centered but I think it’s almost gone now.

From your photo, you have a residing chin, with loss of jaw line definition. This is easily corrected with an extended chin augmentation and sub-mental liposuction. The most important step is to create the jawline. Kybella  and coolsculpting will not give you what you are looking for. Please consult with an experience facial plastic surgeon to dis cuss your options.

Kybella typically takes 3 to 5 treatments to work. This is why I've stopped carrying Kybella in my office.  I recommend neck liposuction more often then any injectable procedure for the neck now. It provides superior results gives me more control over the area than any injectable.  It also costs about the same as what you paid for your first kybella session. The liposuction can be done under local while awake in the office and recovery is about the same as kybella.

It takes a series of treatments to get good results with Kybella. Keep in mind, Kybella is good for dissolving the submental fat under the chin area while contouring the jawline and making the chin more defined, but a combination approach is needed to get the most improvement with non-invasive options. I recommend a combination approach with Thermage, Ultherapy, and Exilis.
InMode FaceTite / AccuTite with VASER Neck Liposuction is the best option for contouring and tightening the chin, neck, and jawline area. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

Kybella & CoolSculpting will suffice. If you can fit the CoolSculpting applicator then you can do the CoolSculpting. More pictures are needed to assess what fillers will be helpful to you. Consult a trusted practitioner to know in full.

You have a small amount of fat and skin laxity which would benefit from a combination of Themage and Kybella.   There is not enough fat for liposuction or coolsculpting in this area. Thermage FLX would tighten the skin and Kybella would tighten and also dissolve the fat in that submental fat.   Please consult an expert in these procedures for the best cosmetic results.   Best, Dr. Green

The primary reason for your double chin is based on the lack of projection from your mandible. This causes the underlying platysma muscle, fat and skin to drape differently than those who have a more projecting chin.It’s an implant would be a great option if you’re inclined to go that route.Liposuction works great in this area even if the primary problem is skeletal.Liposuction in combination with a chin implant would be the best combination and give the best results. Fillers work well. If you were not happy with the result consider working with a different provider.Liposuction is without question the gold standard when it comes to removing undesirable subcutaneous fat. It is superior to Kybella In many ways and by far better than cool sculpting which is dismal in my opinion.Chin Liposuction can be done as an office best procedure in less than an hour.The recovery is easy and people can go back to daily activities soon after the procedure.Patients typically see immediate improvements but it may take six weeks before results or closer to final.Augmenting your chin with an implant, Sliding genioplasty or fillers will complement the fat removal nicely. In that way the two procedures are symbiotic.talk to some local board certified plastic surgeon is in your area. Most surgeons can do a nice job with this but results do very between providers.There is no particular type of Liposuction that will have any advantage.
