Should I go for kybella, cool sculpting or sub mental liposuction, chin fillers with some lip fillers? I can really pinpoint but I don’t exactly like my side profile. I am open to suggestions. I tried some chin filler which made my chin look off centered but I think it’s almost gone now.
Answer: Kybella Kybella & CoolSculpting will suffice. If you can fit the CoolSculpting applicator then you can do the CoolSculpting. More pictures are needed to assess what fillers will be helpful to you. Consult a trusted practitioner to know in full.

Answer: Kybella and Thermage FLX You have a small amount of fat and skin laxity which would benefit from a combination of Themage and Kybella. There is not enough fat for liposuction or coolsculpting in this area. Thermage FLX would tighten the skin and Kybella would tighten and also dissolve the fat in that submental fat. Please consult an expert in these procedures for the best cosmetic results. Best, Dr. Green
