A well-loved local medspa offers a deoxycholic acid injectable, called Fatbella, used on various parts of the body and for half of what Kybella would cost. You can't find any info about Fatbella, other than a small paragraph on the medspa's site describing what it does. However, they openly talk about it on social media. Reviews of both the business and Fatbella are great. I feel comfortable with the medspa itself. I just don't find much about places using their own brand of fat dissolvers.

No, there’s a high risk of damage to surrounding structures. It should only be injected in the preplatysmal fat. Consult with your doctor to know more.
Kybella & CoolSculpting will suffice. If you can fit the CoolSculpting applicator then you can do the CoolSculpting. More pictures are needed to assess what fillers will be helpful to you. Consult a trusted practitioner to know in full.
You would be a great candidate for both Kybella. You could also have botox in your mentalis muscle (chin) and fillers in your chin and along the mandible (jawline). Please consult an experienced and board-certified physician to determine the best course of action.
