Correcting poorly done Liposuction is difficult. This is especially true if the first procedure was done in an aggressive manner, removing most of the fact.Unfortunately, that seems to be your case. There’s very little fat to work with so this makes revision more difficult. Paragraph your best option is revision with further Liposuction.Recognize that any attempt at improving your outcome can also make things worse.Revision Liposuction is many times more difficult than primary Liposuction. Most plastic surgeons aren’t very good at Liposuction and finding one who is exceptionally talented is going to be difficult.Unless someone is exceptionally talented or has approached mastery of this kind of work it’s probably better not to have an attempt at revision. If you can find someone who has approached mastery of Liposuction and then revision Liposuction is the way to go.I do not recommend Kybella because it is inherently unpredictable and this is the last thing you want.Because they’re so little fat left to work with you only get one shot of getting this right. With revision work each procedure can give one notch improvement. My approach is to be very cautious and only to remove small amounts and then see where we are hoping to gain some improvement with each round of treatment.Hopefully one round is enough. The last thing you need is someone using highly aggressive equipment like VASER which has a high risk of making things worse. The keys to find the right provider and that is in itself very difficult.I recommend having only in person consultations.Bring your before and after pictures with you for any consultation. You should’ve posted before and after pictures here as well.If you don’t have proper before, and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.During each in person consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you as many before, and after pictures of previous patients who had similar situations as your own.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
