How soon can I have a fat dissolving injection after a chin implant?

FYI, I have had my Chin Implant incision under my chin. My doctor used 8 mm implant with extension.

The skin laxity in your photos would achieve a better result with tightening of the skin via a mini-facelift. I use Kybella but it is not indicated in your case. My experience with threads is the same as yours and we don't use them in my practice.
