Looking to Slim Face + Address Growing Double Chin — Which Option Do You Recommend?

I’m 37 years old and just started getting Sculptra for smile lines and to help prevent jowls and marionette lines as I age. I’m attaching several photos for your reference. In addition to addressing the smile lines, I have a naturally round face and would like to subtly slim my lower face — without drastically changing my features. I want to still look like myself, just slightly more sculpted. One of my biggest concerns is my double chin, which seems to be getting more noticeable. I’m open to non-surgical options and want to understand what would work best based on my facial structure. Can you please take a look at my photos and advise which of the following you’d recommend — and why? Areas of Interest: Double Chin Fat Removal Options 1 Kybella – Destroys fat cells under the chin  – 2–4 sessions, swelling/bruising common 2 CoolSculpting – Freezes fat cells, minimal downtime  – 1–2 sessions typically Contouring & Facial Balancing Options 3 Chin Filler – To elongate chin and create a more V-shaped profile  – Which filler would be best for long-term, natural results?   (Hyaluronic acid like Juvederm Voluma / Restylane Defyne vs. Radiesse vs. Sculptra) 4 Jawline Filler – To define jawline and reduce roundness  – Same question as above: Which filler gives the best balance of structure + longevity?
