I really want a sharp jawline like Ariana grande, she has a really feminine sharp jawline and tightened skin underneath her chin, I would like to achieve that. I feel like it would really even out my face make me feel more confident with my side profile. I feel like I have a weak chin/jawline, and some fat under my chin and maybe the sides of my jawline, what procedures should I look into to achieve this goal?

As best I can tell from your photos you have a very underdeveloped mentum ( chin ). Most likely it can be easily corrected with a properly chosen chin implant. There are all styles, shapes, and sizes available to choose the right one for your needs. I do chin implants in my certified office...
Sliding genioplasty can be performed before or after. It can also be combined at the time of the other surgery. There isn't a clear consensus on whether before or after is better so you should discuss your expectations with your surgeon in order to decide what would be best.
