How to get a sharp jawline?

I really want a sharp jawline like Ariana grande, she has a really feminine sharp jawline and tightened skin underneath her chin, I would like to achieve that. I feel like it would really even out my face make me feel more confident with my side profile. I feel like I have a weak chin/jawline, and some fat under my chin and maybe the sides of my jawline, what procedures should I look into to achieve this goal?

The only procedure that will achieve a sharp jawline as you described is a custom jawline implant. No other implant procedure ill work. That type of jawline implant combined with some select facial and neck removal will get you as close as is possible from your jawline shape that you have now.

Our tissue types vary amongst us so the thinnest of skin and underlying fat and also the contours of the bone differ. However to define the jawline you could augment the angles and chin with a proper material (not all give the sharp look). But your contours will change and sharpen a bit with time as well.
