Hi. I have always disliked the lower portion of my face. I feel like it is very angular and masculine. What procedures exactly would give it a more feminine appearance? I have a weak chin and I think the distance betwee Upper lip and nose is quite large. Any advice on this would be very helpful. Thanks

Sliding genioplasty is a frequent procedure in my office and we do not place a comprehensive dressing following the surgery. The incision is inside so there is no bandage necessary. We recommend ice for swelling for the first 48 hours. Good luck
