As best I can tell from your photos you have a very underdeveloped mentum ( chin ). Most likely it can be easily corrected with a properly chosen chin implant. There are all styles, shapes, and sizes available to choose the right one for your needs. I do chin implants in my certified office operating room with simple oral sedation and local anesthesia. Most procedures take about thirty minutes. Recovery is simple and in a week you will look fantastic. If you have bite issues and misalignment of your jaw then this is a separate issue and a bigger problem but can also be corrected. I suggest you see a surgeon with lots of chin work experience and get a good first hand evaluation. Simple neck liposuction can be done at the same time to get you a maximum and fantastic result.
Sliding genioplasty can be performed before or after. It can also be combined at the time of the other surgery. There isn't a clear consensus on whether before or after is better so you should discuss your expectations with your surgeon in order to decide what would be best.
