I had my breasts done at the age of 18 I had asymmetrical saggy breasts. I got a mastopexy with 300cc implants (under the muscle) and I’m 5’10. It almost been a year since I got my surgery. I really need to know if my breasts are bottoming out and how can I fix this without surgery please or do they look natural? I have no idea pls help me out
