Hi, I often see this question asked in this forum.  I usually recommend my patients to use a very mild shampoo like Johnson & Johnson's Baby Shampoo.  I hope this answers your concern.

There is no real requirement on a shampoo after a hair transplant. Some people recommend baby shampoo for the first week.  We supply a cupper peptide shampoo but I don't think any of it is needed
