What procedure will help get rid of this crepey skin under my eyes ? I got Botox for my crows feet 5 yrs ago and didn't like how my eyes stayed too still when I smiled . Also felt weird sensations in the area . Sorry the pics are upside down . Can't make them load upright for some reason . Thanks so much !
Answer: Improving Under Eye -- Fillers (Belotero, Volbella, Restylane Silk), Fraxel, Microneedling/PRP, Botox/Xeomin/Dysport A combination approach will give the most improvement. Fillers, Botox, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. We use PRP and stem cells there often. I suggest consulting with an expert to develop a treatment plan best suited for your short and long term goals. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: A light CO2 can help tighten the skin and reduce fine lines and wrinkles under the eyes. Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Melarase AM, Melarase PM, and Melapads can seriously improve surface sun damage and UV related pigmentation. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: PDO threads for under eye crepiness Hello and thanks for posting. PDO threads are one of my favorite treatments for under eye volume loss. These are not appropriate when there is a significant amount of volume loss, fillers work faster in this situation. But for someone like you who has minimal volume loss and crepey under eye skin the subtle volume restoration of PDO threads fits the need precisely. This linked video demonstrates the technique. I hope that this information helps and best of luck to you!

Answer: Botox and fillers It would help to place very small amount of bottom in the crows feet and under the eyes. The tear trough can be filled with unaltered Restylane.

Answer: Best treatment for crepey skin under eyes? Botox will help with the lines at the lateral aspect (crow's feet), but it sounds like you did not like this. Botox can also be injected into the lower lid (very carefully and conservatively) to calm some of the fine lines below the eye. The fraxel laser can tighten that lower eyelid skin area and also take away fine lines. Ultimately, you may want a lower blepharoplasty to excise some of that excess skin.
