I have had Botox 4 times so far. 3 times I had severe pain. The only time I didn't feel pain I remember the doctor injected on the top of forehead only. But all other times Botox was injected in middle and bear eyebrows. I really don't know why I am having this. The pain is severe that is waking me up and comes in different times in the day. Panadol helps relief it a little but not completely. What you suggest ? Are there any exercises I can do or maybe specific medicine?

Answer: Pain meds for Botox Check with your Botox physician, but I would suggest starting Tylenol and possibly even Advil or Motrin PRIOR to your injections (some worry about increased bruising, but I feel it is minimal). Tramadol or Celebrex are also options which cause less bruising issues. Dr. Taranow

Answer: Botox Hello, and thanks for your question. Tylenol is fine, just don't take aspirin or ibuprofen because that can increase bruising.
