Hello, I have a question if morpheus 8 is good for my case, I have created a deep wrinkle between eyebrows so I am wondering which treatment would be the most effective for me, I am 22 years old and is morpheus 8 dangerous for my age, I have heard various stories, is it morpheus 8 or something else? I would also like you to tell me what results to expect and what the consequences are, and how many treatments I need, and what you recommend. So I would like honest answers so I know what to do, thanks in advance.

Looking at your concern, a deep wrinkle in the area between the eyebrows at the age of twenty two is almost always a dynamic wrinkle caused by repetitive muscle movement. While Morpheus8 is an excellent treatment combining microneedling with radiofrequency to tighten skin and improve texture, it is not the ideal solution for lines created by muscle contraction. Morpheus8 is completely safe for your age when performed by a qualified professional, but it will not stop the underlying muscles from folding the skin. Investing in Morpheus8 for this specific issue would likely lead to disappointment because the wrinkle will return as long as the muscle continues to contract with your facial expressions.
Instead of Morpheus8, the most effective and gold standard treatment for your situation is a neuromodulator such as Botox or Dysport. Injecting a neuromodulator will temporarily relax the muscles causing the crease, allowing the skin to smooth out naturally over time. You typically only need one treatment every three to four months to maintain the results. The consequences are generally very mild, possibly including temporary redness or minor bruising at the injection site. Morpheus8 is a useful tool for the area between the brows, but it's important to understand what it can and can't do for a deep glabellar wrinkle, because used alone it usually underdelivers there.
What creates a deep line between the eyebrows:
There are two components. The dynamic component is the procerus and corrugator muscles pulling inward and downward every time you frown or concentrate. The static component is the etched crease in the skin itself &mdash; the groove that stays visible even when those muscles are completely relaxed.
What Morpheus8 does:
Morpheus8 is radiofrequency microneedling. It remodels the dermis, builds collagen, and improves skin quality and texture over a series of treatments. For a deep glabellar line it can soften the surrounding skin and slightly improve the crease, but it does not relax the muscle that keeps re-folding the line, and it doesn't fully fill an etched groove.
The layered approach that actually works:
Botox or Dysport first, and consistently. Relaxing the procerus and corrugator stops the repeated folding that created and maintains the line. For many patients, several months of consistent muscle relaxation alone softens an etched line noticeably as the skin is no longer being creased.
Then address the static groove. Once the muscle is quiet, the remaining etched line can be treated. Morpheus8 has a real role here for skin remodeling. Carefully placed filler is another option, though the glabella is a high-risk area for injectables and should only be done by an experienced injector.
Resurfacing for the surface crease. A fractional laser can refine the etched texture.
What I'd recommend:
