Will Morpheus8 now interfere with a facelift in the future?

I'm 36, F, and would like to try Morpheus8 to snatch the neck and jawline, however, I am going to get a facelift in the future. Will getting Morpheus8 now interfere with getting a facelift in the future? I have heard mixed reviews and want to make sure I don't potentially ruin my facelift results. I appreciate your response!
