Jowels/double-chin and looking drawn when tired - Reservations about Morpheus8 and curious about treatment options? (Photos)

I’m looking for some balanced advice as I feel quite stuck. I’ve always been self-conscious about my face (especially jowels /double-chin and looking a bit drawn when tired), I’ve been more aware in the last year as have had some changes in skin texture and pores and hit the big 30. I’ve never had aesthetic treatments before, so quite cautious. I had a consultation at a reputable clinic and was recommended 3 sessions of Morpheus8. I initially felt comfortable and paid on the spot, but after doing more research I’ve come across concerning reports online particularly around facial fat loss or unwanted changes appearing months later. I understand negative experiences are more likely to be shared, but I’m finding it hard to reconcile the very positive stance from practitioners with some of the personal stories. I’m unsure whether these risks are genuinely rare, technique-dependent, or possibly under-recognised? It’s really the longer-term outcomes, if treatments happen over a few months but patients aren’t routinely followed long-term, how well are these effects understood? Has there been any research? I’ve spoken again with my practitioner, but I still feel unsure. I don’t think I would receive a refund which complicates things. Do any practitioners have knowledge/experience with the risks of this treatment to advise me? I don’t know where to go for reliable information. I am also open to advice on other enhancements too. Thank you
