I have to be candid here: while that clinic’s website makes a bold claim, Morpheus8 is not a hair removal device.. It is a fractional radiofrequency (RF) microneedling tool designed for skin tightening and collagen remodeling.
In fact, in many clinical settings, we use Morpheus8 specifically for hair restoration to help stimulate growth, so using it to remove hair is quite contradictory to its standard use. Here is why I would recommend sticking to traditional methods:
 Wrong Tool for the Job: Traditional hair removal lasers (like Diode or Alexandrite) target the melanin in the hair follicle to destroy it. Morpheus8 targets the structural layers of the skin to tighten it.
 Safety & Efficiency: While RF energy is color-blind and safe for darker skin tones, a dedicated laser like the Nd:YAG is the gold standard for permanent hair reduction on melanated skin. It is faster, more effective, and much more cost-efficient than a series of Morpheus8 sessions.
 The Marketing Factor: In a city like Los Angeles, you have access to the most advanced hair-specific lasers in the world. There is no reason to use an expensive skin-tightening treatment for a job it wasn't primary built to do.
My Recommendation: Save the Morpheus8 for your skin texture and fine lines. For hair removal, look for a clinic in LA that specializes in Nd:YAG lasers, which will give you the permanent results you're looking for safely and more affordably.

Morpheus is not a treatment option for hair removal. Although literature shows patients can have a temporary hold in hair growth, this lasts only 3 months. Given we have great research in using BBL, IPL, short pulse lasers; using Morpheus for such just doesn’t make sense.
