   Find a doctor who is an expert at all of those surgeries, and then let that surgeon help you make the decision.  I do those procedures, all of them, frequently and efficiently, but I would not perform all of those at the same time.Try to research this to find the surgeon who consistently produces the
results you would expect. Look at reviews on this site and see who gets the surgery right every time. Find
a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of Brazilian
buttlifts and tummy tucks each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's
website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can

Staging multiple procedures is a great idea to limit how much stress the and risk is involved.  A tummy tuck and breast lift/augmentation are great procedures to combine as they address some of big changes that happen after pregnancy or weight changes. It is often referred to as a mommy makeover. Adding a labiaplasty may be feasible as well. It is a bigger procedure and may often require a night in the hospital. Depending on order preference and how much additional donor area you have, I would do the brazilian butt lift separately with the liposuction.  Doing it first allows for more donor regions including the abdomen.I would consult with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss your options in more detail, review if there are any medical reasons to stage the procedure. If they deem you are healthy to have have the combined procedures, then you will only have two separate recoveries.

Typically in my practice we do these procedures at the same time as long as the total surgery time is less than 6 hours.. From your photos it would appear you are a good candidate.. It is a common choice for Mommy Makeover patients. It makes a lot of sense to combine procedures: One recovery, and only being put asleep once and waking up, only one recovery room charge etc. Another advantage is that you can harvest fat from the tummy including the extra part that would be discarded in a tummy tuck and use if for the Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).On the other hand, having staged, separate, procedures make sense for some. In that case, would do your tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) and breasts (mastopexy/breast augmentation) at the same time, then your Brazilian Butt Lift, Vaginoplasty and Labiaplasty at a separate time under the same anesthesia

Several operations can be done in one time. The risk will be assessed by the surgeon is influenced by the magnitude of procedure, heavier patients generally require more time in this to your operations at one sitting.

Hi. Having all of these surgeries together is a big operation, but can be done. Depending on what type of butt lift (if this just fat injection) it may make more sense to perform the labioplasty at the time of the abdominoplasty if you are combining things. In the end it is up to you who to chose, but if your surgeon can not perform everything you want to have then you may need to change surgeons. However, you need to be comfortable with whichever surgeon you choose in the end. Best of luck.

The sequence your surgeon mapped out seems to make perfect sense to me.  Did your surgeon mention why he does not do a labiaplasty?Generally speaking, a labiaplasty does not add a whole lot of operative time to the total procedure length.  Logistically, combining surgeons can be difficult you may want to choose a surgeon who is experienced in all of the procedures that you want to have done.

How many depends on the degree of each procedure, your underlying health, and the expected time duration for surgery. In general, it is safe to keep the total surgery time to under 6 hours at one setting. Based on your list of desired procedures, I would suggest splitting this into two stages: Breast aug/lift and tummy tuck with labiaplasty at the first stage. Second stage would be lipo and butt lift. Basically, keeping all the "front" of the body surgeries at one time, and the back at another. You would need to be evaluated by a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss the specifics of this procedure and whether or not, you are a good candidate for this. Remember, to be as healthy as possible before and after surgery: eat well, take a multivitamin, avoid smoking etc... Best to you. 

Combination surgery is possible, but one has to consider patient safety when these decisions are made.Patient safety is priority. what you want is a lot of surgery in one session even for young healthy individual.  Each patient should be evaluated individually and customize the surgery to achieve the best results.The choice of the surgeon and the facility is very important in the decision making. Depending on your definition of labiaplasty / vaginal rejuvenation, most plastic surgeons do not do major vaginal rejuvenation. That is typically done by a gynecologist who specializes in plastic surgery of the genital region. That is probably the reason why the plastic surgeon you're speaking to is not interested in or capable of doing that particular procedure. If it is only a simple labioplasty, which removes skin from the labia minora, that procedure can be combined with some of the others that you are talking about during any stage of your mommy makeover.
