Four years prior, I went to Korea for Asian rhinoplasty for the first time using a silicone nasal implant. Before getting my nose job, I never had a "more obvious" alar crease appearance, specifically on my left side. Despite knowing that having an alar crease is entirely normal anatomy, I never had a more prominent appearance. I just want to know what went wrong and if there are any procedures that exist to soften the appearance.
