37 M. Second Revision To Fix Saddle Nose Tip. Implant Made A Dent On Nose Tip. It Been 6 months Since Revision. I’m Noticing A Subtle Horizontal Line Across Nose In Certain Lighting. Thoughts? Do I Need to Wait or Get a 3rd Revision In The Future?

Your nose has become short and upturned. You will need grafting in the tip area to improve the projection and achieve a downward movement. It can be accomplished with cartilage from ear or rib or nasal septum. For the widening nostrils an alarplasty can be done at the same time. Regards Dr. J

Hi, Long term rhinoplasty will not affect your diving abilities. However during recovery your surgeon will advise that you hold off on diving. The time in which you are asked to avoid diving will be advised by your surgeon. Best of luck.
