Can I remove the silicone implant in my nose and add filler instead? (Photo)

If the concern is with the longevity of the silicone implant, the optimal solution would involve removing the previously placed silicone and cadaver tissue and replacing it with your own tissue while preserving and even enhancing the elements of your current nose that you like during a revision Asian rhinoplasty.

First of all ,I think you have to address the problem that you want to correct. and then we can discuss about the choice and method to do.
In my opinion, I need to know the reference nose that you want. Now you still have bulbous tip and a bit of drooping tip.
Injecting filler at dorsum can cause many problems such infection, edema, asymmetry, skin necrosis and can't maintain the contour of the nose in long term.
And the last , if you want to remove the implant, you don't need to remove the rib.
