I originally had an upturned, bulbous, wide, short, flat nose. I went to Korea to get a rhinoplasty and they added a 4mm silicone implant and donated rib to lengthen the tip. I want to remove the implant instead add filler for a taller bridge, alarpasty, and bulbous removal. Would it look worse? Since my skin is already stretched from the implant? I want to keep the length. I’m worried that if I remove the implant I’d have to remove the rib too and go back to being upturned and short. Thank you!
