Eyes seem to have sunk back into my sockets. Is this enophthalmos or normal aging?

My eyes seemed to have sunk back into my sockets. They look smaller and just different. I recently received upper eyelid filler but I'm not sure if it helped. I am not sure if the problem is loss of fat in upper eyelids. What are my options? Thank you.
