Rhinoplasty asymmetry due to scar tissue?

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photo you have a asymmetrical nose. It seems like your nose crooked to the onse side of your face and after 6 years it would not a swollen anymore. This is your nose shape. Steroid injection will not be help you perminantely. If you want a solution I recommend you revision rhinoplasty surgery. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best Regards!

Thanks for the question. It looks like your bridge and tip are both deviated to the right. This is not due to scar tissue but rather your nasal bones and the top of the septum being off center. Straightening these out can certainly be achieved in a revision rhinoplasty. There are ways to reduce the swelling more quickly (steroid tablets, steroid shots) if you were to undergo another nasal surgery. If desired, your tip could also be made more refined and symmetrical at the same time.

Based on your photos, you do appear to have relatively thick and oily nasal skin. If you're examination confirms asymmetrical scar tissue, a steroid injection to the supra-tip area may be beneficial.
