Rhinoplasty asymmetry due to scar tissue?

I got rhinoplasty 6 years ago. I had SIGNIFICANT and prolonged bruising and swelling (entire face for months) to the point where it was rather traumatizing. My nose looked symmetrical right when I got my cast off but quickly proceeded to swell up like crazy to join the rest of my very very swollen face. I'm unsure if the now asymmetry I see is from scar tissue or not? If it's scar tissue would I be a good candidate for steroid injections or would a revision surgery be better ?
