I’ve been getting Botox for migraines for the last year and have found it incredibly helpful. I just realized I accidentally booked my next injection for the day after I get my hair professionally dyed (all the way up to the scalp) for the first time. Knowing that I do have sites on my scalp, should it be safe for me to keep my Botox appointment? Or is there a risk I should be aware of?

Botox effects are temporary and typically wear off over three to four months, so continuing to experience issues this far from injection would not be likely. If you are not comfortable with your neurologist's assessment you may want to discuss it with another physician. Be sure to explain...
If you are still recovering from your dental surgery you may want to wait until you have healed before considering Botox treatment due to swelling. I encourage you to speak to your provider for specific time frames as opinions may vary.
As you are receiving Botox for migraines and not cosmetic reasons the location of injections will be tailored to that outcome. If you are wanting to also address wrinkles then you can discuss that additional treatment with your injector.
