Eyebrow droop after Botox for Migraines - will it go back to normal? (Photos)

I had botox for migraine as a medical procedure in hospital over 3 months ago.. My eyebrows dropped and had no arch but 1 eye the skin dropped almost covering my eye.. I have a confidence issue and this has made it 100times worse. I was told that after 3 months it should go back to normal.. But it hasn't. I am able to move my eyebrows but the overhang of skin has remained.. I'm really starting to panic.. Please tell me this will go back to normal

Hi, thank you for your question! If you are experiencing drooping of your eyebrows I suggest following up with your provider. You can touch up these areas with dosing between the eyebrows and below the eyebrow. Botox is typically out of your system between the 3-4 month mark but can last as long as 6 months.

Botox only lasts three to four months on average. After this, the muscles regain function and your eyebrows should go back to their usual position.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you've had with your brow dropping.  Botox effects are temporary and you should return to your previous look once the product metabolizes.  Typically that takes 3 to 4 months, but it can be longer for some.  I encourage you to return to your injector if you do not notice improvement in the coming weeks.
