I'd like to reduce how pointy and tall my chin appears from the front to improve my facial proportions. I've included a morph to illustrate the effect I'm interested in. Would a reduction genioplasty, sliding genioplasty, or other procedure be best able to accomplish this?

Great thing about a genioplasty, is you can typically put it wherever you would like and improve your profile. In patients with a softer chin, they look great and are happy with the long-term outcomes.
Wisdom teeth is often covered by insurance, while a cosmetic procedure like a chin augmentation, is not. It might not save you money, but it would be one recovery rather than two. There are different ways to augment the chin, but with the right surgeon, they could be done at the same time.
With the orientation of your lower jaw on a steep angle, jaw surgery is the best way to correct that. It is more of a recovery, so if the ortho is able to fix the bite sufficiently, doing a genioplasty and mandibular angle implants would correct the jawline. If you have a gummy smile at all, or...
