Is it possible to combine chin surgery and wisdom teeth removal?

My big chin has always been an insecurity of mine and I thought that if I have to get surgery anyway, why not just add it on? Would doing this save me money? And is it wise to combine both, if its a simple procedure like burring the chin bone? I only want a little shaved off to reduce projection
