I just turned 39 but have always had a pretty chubby face even when very thin. I would love to not have the indents in between my cheeks and chin, from the front view. And it seems the fat now petrudes from my side profile view. I would love the profile of my jaw to be straight again. I also have a little double chin I've never had before. Would something like filler help this or fat removal like Buccal/lipo, or maybe a laser, or combo? But with fat removal I worry about creating loose skin
