How do I remove pockets of fat in my lower cheeks? (Photos)

i have these pockets of fat that i dislike in my lower cheeks but i don't think it is buccal fat. it could be related to my underlying jaw structure making that part of my face protrude more.. i have a bit of an overbite. how can i fix that?
