I had buccal fat removal done several years ago which left me with scars, dents, and asymmetry. The surgeon did an incisions on the outer side of my face which left me with scars and dents.Incision points are also not symmetrical (on the right side did he actually took fat from lower part of upper cheek since that side is more hollow and incision position more above?)What can I do about it? I heard fat grafting is not a permanent solution
