Is nacul suspensory rhinoplasty method reliable?

Question

Hi drs, I was searching online to do a subtle change in my tip and was hoping to find a minimal invasive surgery when I stumbled across a technique called nacul suspensory that do not require cutting etc.... Thing is its brazilian technique and there was very limited information about it online there is only one research paper on this link: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/20195866/ .I really like the idea and thinking of going there to do it but the limited information is the concern.

I’m not familiar with the method you’re referring to, but either open or closed rhinoplasty is what is generally performed. Hello! I'm not familiar with this method. There are always novel techniques being published to make rhinoplasty "less invasive". I would caution you that these methods may be useful in a select set of hands and not really "tried-and-true". Certain techniques, such as open structure, have been around for decades with international recognition. There's a reason for that of course. You're doing the right thing by researching independently and asking questions. Find the right technique and surgeon for you before you undergo surgery. Thanks for the great question!

Rhinoplasty is a challenging surgery and a thread lift is not the answer.
