Hello! I'm not familiar with this method. There are always novel techniques being published to make rhinoplasty "less invasive". I would caution you that these methods may be useful in a select set of hands and not really "tried-and-true". Certain techniques, such as open structure, have been around for decades with international recognition. There's a reason for that of course.
