Hi drs, I was searching online to do a subtle change in my tip and was hoping to find a minimal invasive surgery when I stumbled across a technique called nacul suspensory that do not require cutting etc.... Thing is its brazilian technique and there was very limited information about it online there is only one research paper on this link: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/20195866/ .I really like the idea and thinking of going there to do it but the limited information is the concern.
Answer: Things you should know about rhinoplasty Thank you for your question. Rhinoplasty is one of the most complex of all plastic surgery procedures, requiring experience, skill, and even artistry to achieve an optimal outcome. I’m not familiar with the method you’re referring to, but either open or closed rhinoplasty is what is generally performed. If you’d like to make changes to your nose without surgery, you may want to consider a liquid rhinoplasty that uses hyaluronic acid dermal fillers to enhance its appearance. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified injector or facial plastic surgeon, with expertise in rhinoplasty techniques. They will be able to answer any questions you may have and help you decide on the best approach.

Answer: Nasal Procedure Hello! I'm not familiar with this method. There are always novel techniques being published to make rhinoplasty "less invasive". I would caution you that these methods may be useful in a select set of hands and not really "tried-and-true". Certain techniques, such as open structure, have been around for decades with international recognition. There's a reason for that of course. You're doing the right thing by researching independently and asking questions. Find the right technique and surgeon for you before you undergo surgery. Thanks for the great question!

Answer: Rhinoplasty I’ve been practicing for over 36 years and I’ve never heard of it. Almost certainly a gimmick. Let others be the Guinea pigs.

Answer: Rhinoplasty There is no such thing as minimally invasive rhinoplasty. Rhinoplasty is a challenging surgery and a thread lift is not the answer. Rhinoplasty require an extensive consultation with the patient, understand the patient's goals and desires. What can be achieved and what cannot be achieved. An expert surgeon and suitability for the surgery
