Nose has become crooked overtime and I have lines going down the tip - how can I remove them? (photos)

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photo you have strong dorsal hump and it seems like your nose tip is really over projected. For get rid of this image and pain I recommend you open rhinoplasty surgery. This way you will gain more elegant, slightly curved and enough projected nose tip. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. If you liked how your nose looked when it was still swollen, perhaps 3-6 months after surgery, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for filling indentations that have developed during your healing. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph

Good Afternoon! It's hard to say what the lines are. It would be worthwhile to have your nose evaluated by an ENT to determine if another condition such as Wegener's may be at play - especially given the cartilage tenderness. If it is more medical in nature, then surgery at this time won't be recommended. If the workup is negative, rhinoplasty may be an option. The cartilage can be softened and trimmed. Camouflage onlay grafts work well to hide areas which may be too prominent in otherwise thin skin. Hope this helps you!
