In my professional opinion, everybody has different facial features and according to your pictures you have a thick skin, therefore you need to set realistic expectations in terms of reduction, your nose can be reduced as much as your tissues will allow that to do so. Your nose can be slimmed down and tip and nostrils can also be reduced through Closed Atraumatic Rhinoplasty. Moreover,your cheeks can also be treated using a midface lift which will vertically lift your cheeks as well as intial neck and jawline area giving a tightened and firm look .
