Hello! For supplements like Ashwagandha which may cause bleeding, it would be best to stop them at least 2 weeks before surgery and 2 weeks after. It's possible that taking one per week may not alter much. But, to be extra safe, it wouldn't hurt to be off of them. Hope that helps!
