I want to do lip reduction on my bottom lip but I’m afraid that my bottom lip will become too small comparing to my upper lip.

You would require an in person exam to ensure there is no tumor or other issues which are causing this.  Once we rule that out, a standard lip reduction of your upper lip could be performed.
