My upper lip is getting bigger and the middle part is stretching with time! (Photos)

I am attaching some pictures here. I don’t know what procedure can help me? I can’t even smile like before! My lower lips are fine but upper is changing its shape. When ever I search online I can only see treatments for lip enhancement, but did not see anyone with my problem! Is this problem a rare one!

You would require an in person exam to ensure there is no tumor or other issues which are causing this.  Once we rule that out, a standard lip reduction of your upper lip could be performed.

Expertise is required for lip reduction surgery of the lower and upper lips. In fact, the lower lips are reduced quite differently than the upper lips. I have performed the surgery for 15 years and utilize a HIDEF approach that uses an incision at the wet-dry mucosa. 
Revision of the lips can be performed to improve symmetry and reduce tissue swelling.
