Will these lip filler injection marks ever go away? It has been over 6 months (Photos)

i had my lips done around 7 months ago. i initially had a full syringe of restlyane that did not reach any desired effect. a week or so later we did a syringe of juvederm. i noticed the marks right away but thought they would fade. they haven’t faded even a little and it’s becoming worrisome they may be permanent.
