Dear community, I would like to ask whether the swellings that have present underneath my eyes from filler treatment in the tear trough need to be dissolved. It has been 4 months since the original injection and the swelling has actually worsened over time. The area also feels very tender/swollen. Is there a chance that this issue will resolve on its own over time? I am hesitant to get the filler dissolved because many people report that hyaluronidase has made it all worse for them. Thank you!

It may be that your filler has migrated. You can consider having it dissolved with hyaluronidase for improvement. If you do nothing it will gradually improve on its own as the filler is metabolized.
Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. You would require one syringe of filler under your eyes to treat the darkness. Restylane is the best choice for this area. Find an expert in the slightly more risky area.
Good luck,
