This is the treatment result. That is not to say it is a good treatment result. This volume could persist for years if you do not take action to remove the unsatisfactory product. Hyaluronic acid filler can be broken down and partially or completely removed with a sufficiently large dose of enzyme. The reports that it cause skin damage are anecdotal and represent self-reports not established medical fact. In most of the cases I have seen the issue is an inadequate dose of hyaluronidase. Each of these cases immediately responded to an adequate dose of enzyme. Don't live with this. Find experienced injectors who know what they are doing.

Swelling should resolve within two weeks of your filler treatment. As yours has persisted I encourage you to return to your injector for an evaluation. If the swelling is related to the presence of the filler versus something else such as allergies, sinus infection, etc.) then dissolving the filler may help.
