Is it harmful if Botox gets into your eyes?

If a small drop of Botox gets into your eyes it will likely be diluted by your tears without incident. You can rinse the eye area with saline solution if needed.

Your eye has natural protections, the amount that is able to get absorbed from the eye is nominal if any, and you should be able to rinse everything away with a saline rinse or at an eye wash station.
