I'm considering porcelain veneers to broaden/brighten my smile. I have a narrow maxilla and no tooth show at rest (lefort surgery helped this, but it relapsed some). I have short roots due to braces/extractions and can't move them anymore. My teeth are slightly flared due to my small upper arch. I have a current treatment plan that includes all teeth: full arch veneers on w/onlays in the back to help build up my bite to provide restoration space. Does this seem like a reasonable treatment plan?
