How soon can porcelain veneers be placed after gum raising/contouring?

Hello, I’d like to have porcelain veneers before Christmas. Gum raising has been recommended first. How long should I wait after the gum contouring before veneers are placed? Thanks

This treatment depends on each gum surgery, since it will depend on whether only gingivectomy or gingivoplasty was performed. Generally the time needed to wait varies from 2 months to 4 months to perform a definitive treatment.

It all depends on the doctors technology. Naturally is 10 to 20 days. Nowadays doctors may use tools and that time may be reduced to one or two days. Again there are many factors and connditions that play a role during the healing cycle. We usually prescribe our clients creams like (K-cit) and mouth rinse wash that aids and speeds up the healing process.
