Minor recessed maxilla: what combo of Veneers, lip lift or rhinoplasty would help?

I am aware that I have some minor to moderate maxilla deficiencies. I would like to improve upper teeth show when speaking and mostly smiling. I would like to know a variety of professional opinions on what combo of veneers, modest lip lift and or rhinoplasty would achieve the optimal and most natural look. I mention rhinoplasty because I think tip refinement would suit my face well, especially when I smile. I do not think I am a good candidate for jaw surgery. Thank you so much for your time!
