Minor recessed maxilla: what combo of Veneers, lip lift or rhinoplasty would help?

X-rays and oral photos are necessary for a correct answer. But from what can be seen in the photos I would first recommend braces, because your upper jaw needs expansion, that will make the upper lip and nose have more support. Once the correct placement is achieved I would do veneers to correct shape and color of front teeth, then hyaluronic acid filler in both upper and lower lip, highlighting the cupid's bow, and finally rhinoplasty.

In would advise beginning treatment with a
DNA
appliance to 3 dimensionally grow your maxilla, improve lip support and decrease or eliminate dark buccal orridors and deep nasolabial grooves.

This is a gradual growth process requiring 14-16 hours of appliance wear.

This will create a full wide smile and improve support of soft tissues with maixlllary bone and improvement of tooth positioning

You may find this corrects all issues but otherwise you can still consider soft tissue treatments. Patience is key for best results.
