Can an Ultherapy cause aging? Is it worth the risk?

I know that Ultherapy can tighten skin and prevent future sagging. But it can also cause loss of volume, which can age you. Is it possible that loss of volume can cause sagging and wrinkles in the future? Considering these risks, is Ultherapy (or other deeply penetrating energy device) really worth it? Are there ways to avoid these risks?

I always recommend doing Ultherapy before or during weight loss as opposed to waiting for your weight loss results. This will prevent sagging skin that accompanies weight loss. As your results from Ultherapy build, your skin will be lifting instead of falling.
