Would I be a candidate for Ultherapy and would I see results? 63 y/o with slight sagging. Pins and screws in jaw (photos)

I have had jaw surgery and have pins and screws in my jaw. Can I do this procedure? Also, if you don’t have a lot of collagen left in your skin will you get results? I am 63 but have a little sagging. Thank you
