I had a failed hair transplant that left me with a caveman like hairline. I want something more feminine looking but I do not know what to do. I’m addition the hair is spare which only adds to how unattractive it looks.

Answer: Hair transplantation Hi! Yes in your case hair transplantation was done wrong, But it fixable also. One session will be enough for you, since the area of baldness is not so large, in one session we will transplant approximately 2800-3000 grafts using the DHI method which allows us to transplant without damaging your own hairs. We will restore your anterior line, temporal receding hairline.

Answer: Feminine Hairline In your case, it would be advised to add density to the existing hairline, while feminizing the shape overall. The existing hairline should be continued down in order to frame your face and be drawn down through the temple area with a natural curvature. The frontal area needs additional grafts placed in between the existing grafts, and then traced down by the temples to feminize the complete hairline. We specialize in female hairlines.
