What interventions do you suggest to make it look more asthetically? The dorsum isnt straight, the nostrils are big, its asymmetrical, tip looks bulbous. Which interventions would be beneficial? Respectfully Eric

Your nose is wide and the tip drops. The bridge is asymmetric. It’s not a typical rhinoplasty and if you go to ten plastic surgeons you’ll get ten different recommendations.,I suggest you go on a few consults and see what approach makes the most sense to you
