Based on your photos you are a good candidate for chin surgery. Providing more horizontal projection with a chin implant or sliding genioplasty would give you a stronger chin and jawline. In your case, either procedure will give similar outcomes.
You would have a successful outcome with chin augmentation surgery. Whether it is with an implant or a sliding genipplasty is up for debate and that decision would be based on what other dimensions of the chin you desire to change, if any other than increased horizontal projection.
The photographs demonstrate only a small amount of fat deposits in the neck for which liposuction can improve. Consider a chin implant to augment the recessive chin profile forward for better balance and proportions. Both procedures can be performed under local anesthesia.
Your mandible lacks forward projection. The easiest way to treat this is with a sliding genial plasty or chin implant. You’ll probably find most providers would prefer or recommend a chin implant. It’s a pretty straightforward simple quick procedure with an easy recovery. There are some things you need to know about it. I suggest getting some in person consultations. As with all surgical procedures there is some finesse involved and practice makes perfect so find providers who been doing this for a few years and have good before and after pictures to show what they can doWell done liposuction can be done at the same time. Seek some consultations with experts in the field and have imaging performed to show you the proposed changes these procedures would provide for you. Then review the surgeons before and after photographs of cases similar to your own to ensure expertise. Best regards, Michael V. Elam, M.D.

The main component of your long face is the vertical length of the chin. This is best addressed by an intraoral vertical chin reduction osteotomy. The width of the jawline can also be reduced as part of the vertical chin reduction through an intraoral jawline shave.
