Is the tummy tuck belt a hoax?

Thank you for your question.The belt itself will cause compression and make you look better in clothes but it is certainly not a Tummy Tuck. There is no resulting improvement in the shape of the stomach after you remove the belt.All The Best !

Unless you consider a girdle or elastic binder a "replacement" for a surgical tummy tuck that removes loose skin, tightens stretched muscles, and requires an operation and healing, this is definitely a buyer-beware hoax, just like bust enhancement "exercisers," cellulite-removing creams, and fat-burning pills.You really knew better, didn't you?Best wishes! First, there is no way that a belt can remove the excess skin that a tummy tuck does.Second, these tummy tuck gadgets typically attempt to flex your muscles in a manner that would increase abdominal wall strength.  Being both a Plastic Surgeon and having my Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology, I can say with some certainty that you will not gain meaningful strength or shape from these things.My advice?  Go to the gym.  Eat right. Take good care of yourself for six months or a year.  If you don't get the results you want, then come see one of us.  We can deliver on the promises these gadgets can't.Good Luck!

This product is a compression garment with a fancy name. Is not a hoax, it is just what it is, and certainly not a tummy tuck. 

The Tummy Tuck Belt is mostly an advertising ruse.  Nothing can truly replace a full tummy tuck which involves- 1. Surgically removing the excess skin and stretch marks 2. This product has been for sale at Amazon, and has multiple reviews.  I just googled tummy tuck belt reviews, and was led to the Amazon page.  For most useful reviews, the whole first page in one star (worst rating possible).   I looked at a number of the five star ratings, and many were the only review posted by the writer, something that always makes be suspect a bogus review. Read them for yourself. The only way to get rid of loose skin is to surgically remove it. The only ways to lose fat are through diet, exercise or liposuction. Meet with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area for more personalized information. Good luck! Dean Vistnes.
