Hello, I'm interested in a Non-surgical nose job. I'm looking to gain more definition in the bridge and tip, to narrow it, and improve my side profile. I was wondering what the cost would be and also how long it will last. After it wears off, does you nose revert to the original shape or can it cause damage and stretch out your skin. Is there any risk to getting it done multiple times? I'm curious about any long-term risks associated with this procedure.
Answer: Risk of nasal HA fillers includes infection, necrosis, embolism, and more. The best way to mitigate a complication is to choose your surgeon wisely. I believe an experienced physician is less likely to encounter a complication in the nose while using injectable fillers. If you would like an opinion as to whether or not you may be a candidate for a non-surgical nose job, please feel free to re-ask you a question with photographs. Thank you. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

Answer: Non surgical nose job Thank you for your question about non surgical nose jobs. The medical term for this procedure is a Liquid Rhinoplasty. A liquid rhinoplasty is not permanent like a surgical Rhinoplasty would be, but it offers a wonderful alternative to surgery. It is difficult to give accurate suggestions without an in person consultation. Not everyone is a candidate for a non surgical nose job. Occasionally it is possible to give the appearance of slimming a person's nose with a liquid rhinoplasty, but not always. Placing filler in this area allows us to contour and give the appearance of a slimmer nose. To be sure you receive the best treatment, see two or more experienced, licensed and board-certified providers in your area for a complete evaluation to make sure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have treatment. I hope this helps.

Answer: Non-surgical nose job, Seattle, WA: what is the cost, risk, and expected results? Thank you for your inquiry. You have a very good list of questions but these should be answered by the person you choose for your consultation. Each physician has his or her own protocol for what they use or how they treat the nose with fillers. In addition, what products are used, how much they cost, and how long they last can be highly variable. I would encourage you to have several consultations with local plastic surgeons who are board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery to discuss your concerns and questions. You should be presented with a complete care plan and price quote for the procedure. Then you can decide who you want to proceed with.Best of luck!

Answer: Non Surgical Nosejob Candidate-- with Fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. After the filler dissolves, the nose will go back to it's original shape. Cost will vary. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Non-surgical nose job, Seattle, Washington Placement of fillers in the nose is only going to make the nose itself larger on a temporary basis. There are significant complications that can happen, such as skin necrosis, requiring reconstructive surgery. For a permanent result, it's probably best to undergo a closed rhinoplasty procedure, which is less invasive than an open rhinoplasty to accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump, refinement of the nasal tip, with all of the incisions placed on the inside of the nose. Best to undergo digital computer imaging to understand what can be accomplished with your nose upon your facial features
