Blindness after HA is rare, but it is believed to occur from inadvertent injection of HA into a blood vessel that could lead directly to the central retinal artery and caused immediate blindness. thankyou for your question. Blindness is not common but does occur immediately. You don't need to worry has you are fine. This is however a discussion that should have occurred prior to you being injected especially as the nose is high risk. you will find now days that a lot of injectors are no longer injecting the nose due to its risks.Hope this helps

Non surgical nose augmentation with fillers do carry a high risk of complications, however, an occlusion in the arteries that supply the eye with blood is very rare. You would have known it by now as this could happen within minutes and needs to be dissolved almost just as quickly. If you are experiencing blurred vision, loss of sight or severe pain in the area injected, talk to your injector asap. Hope this helps
