Yes, you can have laser hair removal. Diode, alexandrite and yag lasers work best for hair removal. I typically have patients do every 4 weeks for the first 3 times and then every 4-6 weeks for 3 times after. Breast implants are not a contraindication to laser hair removal. I recommend consulting an experienced laser hair removal clinician prior to beginning any laser hair removal treatment. 

Laser hair removal works very well for the underarm area. You need at least three or four sessions. The treatment is very safe with silicone breast implants. Please make sure you have your treatment performed in a medical setting.
